Olive is the shared vision of husband and wife team Emin and Hayley, created to bring the warmth of Turkish hospitality, traditional family recipes and the vibrant flavours of Türkiye to the Hervey Bay Esplanade.
Working side by side every day, we welcome every guest like family. Our boutique restaurant is where great food, genuine hospitality and meaningful moments come together, with every dish prepared using premium Australian produce and carefully selected ingredients, including specialty products sourced from Türkiye.
